Beg/Int Collegiate Shag

Service Description

This mixed level course will get you back into Collegiate Shag shape after more than a year off. Students should be familiar with the basics and ready for tempos pushing 200 beats per minute. In this four week course we will be working on new moves, breaking up basic patterns, playing with rhythm variations, and refining body movement and partner connection. If you are unsure of your level, feel free to email for recommendations. Bring your own partner or chose to join the rotation throughout class. Proof of vaccination required on first day of class. Will accept in person vaccine card or a photo of your card. Masks required in common areas of studio so please be sure to bring one to class. While in class masks are optional unless city mandates require otherwise.
